POLICY

Shipping:

• Orders will be shipped out in as little as 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be provided via e-mail. Please, avoid inputting the wrong address for delivery during checkout. If your package has a status of "Delivered" and has not made its way to your address, contact USPS. We are not responsible for stolen, damaged, or lost items. File a claim with USPS to report your missing item(s). If package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for an additional shipping fee.

Returns/Exchanges:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your shipping address does NOT match your billing address or if any order is detected as Medium/High risk, order may be refunded to avoid fraudulent activity. 

Refunds:

• No refunds. Read ingredients provided under each item before purchasing.
